CRM Executive

Job Description

CRM Executive sought by award winning international business whose products are sold globally to over 90 countries via retailers, distributors, e-Commerce and via Architects and Specifiers.


As CRM Executive, you will serve as the connection between the company’s CRM software system, Microsoft Dynamics and the sales and marketing team members who use it. In addition you will work alongside and support the marketing team with planning, managing, optimizing and analysing marketing campaigns designed to engage, retain and motivate the customer base.


We are looking for someone who is highly collaborative and used to working with a range of internal stakeholders, helping them to understand the importance of the CRM system and the opportunity that it offers.


You will also be used to demonstrating return on investment for activity and campaigns using a clear set of KPI’s. Confidence in being able to present this data in an engaging and compelling way is a must.


Key duties of the CRM Executive will include:


  • Developing, administering, maintaining and supporting the CRM system, documenting critical processes.
  • Maintaining CRM hygiene; analytical policing of the CRM system ensuring information/data migration is up to date and correct, ensuring challenges are highlighted and successfully resolved.
  • Working in close collaboration with teh global sales team to provide tailored reports, leading management assistance and overall support to ensure that the CRM tool operates efficiently across all geographical regions.
  • Taking the lead in ensuring that CRM discipline amongst the global sales team is being adhered to, in collaboration with teh regional and channel Heads of Sales.
  • Maintaining system configuration.
  • Documenting, scoping, customising, arranging User Acceptance Testing and deploying system changes to CRM.
  • Creating CRM training materials and delivering training face-to-face and online. Offering insights into process efficienct/business performance.
  • Managing lead generation databases and leads generated from events and exhibitions.
  • Ensuring CRM company data aligns with NAV ERP data changes.
  • Click Dimensions E-mail campaigns: working closely with the marketing team to prepare, execute and post analyse tageted e-mail marketing campaigns, identifying areasfor optimising marketing performance. Ensure timely follow up of e-mail campaigns by Sales teams.
  • Maintain and update compliance documentation for GDPR and other relevant data laws, working with the legal team to audit and update forms/privacy policy/website cookie policy as necessary.


You should have at least a few years’experience of working with a CRM system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics CRM – experience of Click Dimensions e-mail software would be useful. You should have strong Excel skills, preferably with knowledge of PowerPivot, Power Query, VBA and formulas.


Strong attention to detail  and an analytical mind are essential requirements as are outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You should be numerate and comfortable with data.
