Head of Project Sales

Job Description

Exceptional opportunity of Head of Project Sales in an exceptional, award winning, global business whose aesthetically appealing FF&E sector products feature worldwide in luxury design projects spanning hospitality, public spaces, maritime and property developments.

 You will be key to the organisation as it continues its impressive and sustained growth. With your data driven approach, you will lead and motivate a team of 3 in Project Sales and also manage your own large Hotel Group key accounts. The aim of your team is to achieve preferred  partner status with major hotel chains, securing contact details and pipelines for FF&E  in new build and renovation opportunities, and accelerating pipeline growth for your designated area of UK/Ireland for hotels/hospitality, maritime, public spaces and property developments.

 As the interface between specifier, project customer and contractor, you will effectively manage the pricing co-ordination between all project stakeholders.

 Reporting to the Sales Director, you will also work closely with the Manager heading up global projects in respect of international projects specified from or into the UK.

 A dynamic and versatile leader who has enjoyed success in leading project/specification sales teams within the hospitality/specification arenas, your data driven, analytical, strategic approach will be backed by the presence and communication skills to maintain personal relationships at VP/Director level across the likes of major hotel operators and property developers.
