Job Description

12 month maternity cover contract for Procurement Administrator in an award winnining international business. Supporting and assisting the the purchasing team, which serves the global business, you will obtain and communicate delivery dates to / from the company’s supply chain, checking order confirmations, assisting with regular stock reports and general day-to-day administration duties.


Duties of the Procurement Administrator will include:


Responsibility for obtaining and communicating delivery dates.

Checking order confirmations, updating the ERP system and reports with the relevant data, including shipping & delivery dates.


Assisting with regular stock reporting, lead time reporting.

Maintaining reliable and accurate administration service for the purchasing team.

Assisting the Procurement Team with day-to-day administration duties


We seek an enthusiastic, committed and positive person with a close eye for detail who will fit into a friendly and close knit team. Proficient across Microsoft Suite (especially Excel), you are a good communicator, numerate and competent in recording data accurately. You should have strong organisational and time management skills as the Purchasing team deals across time zones in a fast paced environment. Prior experience in a similar role in a Supply Chain/Purchasing environment would be advantageous.
