Process Auditing schedule implementation and preventative/correction action – you will carry out a continuous program of process auditing, identifying and targeting high risk areas with the aim of pre-empting potential quality issues and putting in place strengthened procedures, additional training, improved tools as appropriate to meet product quality requirements, both for internal and external Standard requirements.
Applicants for the post of Quality Technician/Engineer should hold a recognized Engineering Qualification and have several years’ experience of working in an electromechanical manufacturing environment in a Quality related role. You should have previous audit experience and preferably be trained as an ISO9001 auditor with a good practical working knowledge of ISO9001. An ability read engineering drawings is essential, as is the ability use basic measuring equipment. You should also have experience of electrical safety testing on manufactured products. MRP/ERP experience strongly desirable.
