Sales Account Manager sought to perform role of Account handling key accounts, including all aspects of Customer Service and logistics.
Logging orders (UK and Export) into the ERP system you will liaise closely with customers and colleagues in Production, Supply Chain and Warehouse to facilitate the smooth processing of orders. You will act as the main point of contact via telephone/e-mail for international and UK customers in respect of orders, product queries, returns, complaints/delivery issues, etc.
As Sales Account Manager you will also work closely with carriers/Freight Forwarders. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all products ready for despatch have the necessary accompanying installation/safety documents as well as the correct labelling/shipping documentation.
The Sales Account Manager should have prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector, where you ill have demonstrated excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills and your flair for providing optimum levels of Customer Service. You should be familiar with ERP.
