Job Description

Marvellous opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join an award winning company which values its staff and whose success is based on delivering outstanding levels of Customer Service.

 

Based in a highly salubrious office environment and working with pleasant people in a well motivated team, the Sales Administrator’s duties will include:

 

  • ensuring that customer orders, requests and queries are processed in a timely and accurate fashion and that the company’s clerical and administration needs are fulfilled. 

  • Process orders using the company’s in house software for order management.

  • Answer telephone calls without delay and deal with customer queries/requests. When not already engaged on a call you will be the first to answer.

  • Process all invoices and Credit Notes.

  • Deal with product returns by collating all information and maintaining records.

  • Monitor stock arrivals.

  • Provide holiday/sickness cover for colleagues.

     

    We seek an enthusiastic and quick learner who is customer focused and who is keen to benefit from joining this outstanding company. You will have obtained a high level English GCSE level or equivalent pass and your speaking voice must be clear, professional and pleasant.
