Our client seeks a Sales Manager to sell its range of market leading mobile equipment throughout the UK. The mobile equipment is used for heating, cooling and related applications within a range of sectors including: construction; warehouse and storage; workshops / garages; agriculture; emergency and commercial hire.
Success in the role will require applicants to have a strong understanding of HVAC technology in order to sell these clever and innovative products.
Home based, ideally in the southern half of the UK, you will develop and implement a strategy for growing direct product sales into the UK Business to Business market. You will be well supported by business development team in respect of marketing and lead generation although applicants should already have a network of contacts within relevant industry sectors. The Sales Manager will also support specific UK distributors.
In addition to your strong understanding of HVAC technology, you should also have an understanding of the applications where mobile environmental control systems and equipment are used. You must be able to demonstrate a track record in achieving commercial sales targets and you should have a good grasp of commercial and operational metrics. Self motivated, you should have both the ability and facilities to work remotely. Extensive travel will be required within the UK.
